FOR REHEARSAL DINNER ATTENDEES (April 20th) ONLY
You must RSVP by April 7, 2012. Since this is an actual sit-down meal with photography opportunities, we have to closely coordinate with our food venue. Once you register, you will be sent a link to an information form for you to fill out. We will need your mailing address (you will be sent a REAL invite!), meal preference, as well as any potential food allergies. :)
THE STORY
Orchestrated's Emerald Encounter shines a light on the musical lover and theatrics of a wedding. A happified couple celebrates their impending nuptials, surrounded by adoring fans and loved ones. Pinks, silvers, and sparkles decorate all, but almost unnoticed, there is a character in all black that seems to be on the outskirts of this event...

What to Bring...

- ... any other photo-gadget you might have. Just be mindful of any setup/breakdown time with whatever equipment you do bring/use.
What to Wear...
Like all of our events, we want you to come dressed for the theme! Since you'll be part of the "wedding guests..."
- For the Rehearsal Dinner, dress in your best greens suited for a night on the town in the Emerald City.
- For the Wedding, dress in your prettiest pinks and whites to become "popular." ;)

THE SIDENOTES
Who qualifies as an Orchestrated Veteran? Any photographer who has been to a past Orchestrated event qualifies! We want to say thank you to our loyal peeps for returning and lending their advice to other photogs who are new to Orchestrated. We appreciate you, so we offer a limited amount of veteran tickets! :)
** If all Veteran tickets have not been claimed by Wednesday, March 14th, they will be converted to regular tickets.
All stylized shoot tickets are nonrefundable, but are transferable to another person if the need arises.

WHEN YOU PURCHASE A SPOT...
You are agreeing to give credit to all of the participating and amazing vendors when you post images to Facebook and your blog. It's just good karma. :) The vendors work hard to give you such beautiful eye candy, and it's the least we can all do to help keep costs down for YOU! You will be given a list with all applicable information to make this super easy for you! (And remember, when you post outbound links on your blog, it's fabulous for your own SEO!)
